REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Welcome to the Refunds and Cancellation Policy of Ernesto.Net. The Ernesto.Net website located on www.ernesto.net (“Site”) and the Ernesto.Net Mobile Applications (“App”) available on Apple App Store (IOS) and Google Play Store (Android) are owned and operated by Ernesto.Net from the United States. Throughout the Site, the terms “we”, “us”, “platform”, “App” and “our” refer to Ernesto.Net.
We don’t have many people change or cancel but in the event it does occur we want to let you know exactly how it will work.
Payments are due upfront before access is granted to any paid service.
If, for any reason you are not satisfied with a course, Ernesto.Net will refund the course cost only if you have made a refund request within 48 hours starting from the time of purchase. A formal request for refund must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of leaving the course by contacting us.
To qualify for a refund, you must provide proof or justification of why this course does not work for you. To avoid fraudulent refund requests, all refund requests are considered on a case by case basis, and issued at our discretion. We reserve the right to deny a refund.
Any transaction fees such as credit card processing fees will not be refunded.
Please note that in the event you do not attend the course or you fail to make a refund or cancellation request after 48 hours, you will not receive a refund.
